Adventure Racing 9:16:15 [3] 37.83 mi (14:42 / mi)

Virtual Nationals a week early due to Noah's Birthday - The Process AR in Langhorne.

Jared, Kristian, and Mike did a tremendous job. It felt and flowed like a true race, about as much so as a solo event can. There were 2 cps that I did not find; might have been taken...?

I got my butt thoroughly whooped. I was expecting to tight on the nav but physically off. Instead, I started strong physically but could navigate to anything. My frustration with how poorly I was doing led to the predictable cycle of skimping on food and water, which led to exhaustion and dehydration. Still, a great day out.

Run at Cheslen. Incredibly humid but cloudy and rainy during the latter half. So much sweat.

Packraft 1:04:29 [1] 1.57 mi (41:04 / mi)

Final day of summer and Noah is heading back to school after 6 months away. We gave him a choice of paddle, bike or hike, and he chose all 3! We started with a paddle at Marsh Creek, with a long stop for lunch along the way.
2 PM

Mountain Bike 1:00:49 [1] 5.25 mi (11:35 / mi)

Leg 2 of the afternoon was a bike ride at Harmony Hill. Noah did a fantastic job, including a mile of (mostly flat) dirt. He is a champ!
4 PM

Hike/Trekking 48:11 [1] 1.77 mi (27:13 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 2 (Yellow -

Part 3 was supposed to be a trek at Stroud, but it was at capacity. We audibled to Cheslen and had a nice stroll around. Perfect weather today!
