Ride from home to KOP, around Valley Forge and back. It wasn't too cold at home (low 40s) but the wind was terrible on the trail during the return trip, as bad as I can remember it. The plowing ended at mile 0.0, and the trail around VF wasn't cleared at all. Also, I took my first fall at speed on the road bike, sliding 40+ft past my bike on a long section of black ice. No injuries to myself or the bike; as fun as a fall can get.

I don't like running in the snow too much; I try to go too fast and get frustrated by the footing and pace. I remedied that by take a heavy pack with me (20-25lbs); first run like that in a while. Much more enjoyable, and I got a better workout because of it.
