Saturday Feb 13 #

1 PM

Road Bike 2:05:01 [3] 30.85 mi (4:03 / mi)

Colder-than-cold ride from home to KOP and back on CVT. High around 28. Some many clothes and such cold air made for super slow moving and extra exhaustion.

9 AM

Hike/Trekking 1:54:51 [3] 5.31 mi (21:38 / mi)

A true day off - Rebekah and I took a nice winter hike in the multi-layered snow at Harmony Hill and Paradise Farms. Some areas had not been touched since the most recent snow, but all were challenging. Heavy pack (~20lbs) added to the high level of exertion.

Weights/Stretching 26:00 [5]

Frustrating day - I have a 5 day weekend and had lots of things to do today, but a small bit of snow closed Noah's school, so my plans changed drastically. This was the same core workout from this past week, but seemed a good bit harder today.

Wednesday Feb 10 #

4 PM

Kayak Erg 21:00 [2]

Simple paddle.

Bike-Trainer 40:00 [4]

Spin with some hard intervals thrown in.

Tuesday Feb 9 #

3 PM

Run (Trail run) 50:17 [3] 4.21 mi (11:57 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 2 (yellow)

Run with lighter pack (~8lbs) at Cheslen in the snow. This new snowfall provided much better conditions for a run. Forgot my best shoes and my backups, so I had to dig deep in the car to find pair #3.

Monday Feb 8 #

5 PM

Bike-Trainer 1:00:00 [3]

Good ride at home. Decent effort, feeling great!

Sunday Feb 7 #

11 AM

Weights/Stretching 25:00 [5]

Same core workout as earlier this week. I twinged my neck during yesterday's bike ride and it made some of the exercises painful.
12 PM

Kayak Erg 35:00 [2]

Another good paddle. Should I be enjoying fake-paddling this much?
