Mountain Bike 1:21:07 [4] 10.66 mi (7:37 / mi)

Chilly ride at Harmony Hill - much colder than yesterday's perfect weather. I felt better than expected, which must mean that the cold is nearly out of my system, but my legs didn't have much pop in them.

Run (Trail run) 1:10:28 [4] 7.14 mi (9:52 / mi)
shoes: Topo Ultraventure (grey/green)

Morning run at Harmony Hill with UD pack - this time with the hip belt, which seemed to make all of the difference. Felt good at the start but got tired too quickly. Hoping that things pick up once this cold passes.

Orienteering 2:23:08 [1] 4.56 mi (31:23 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 3 (Navy/Oran

Orienteering with Noah at French Creek. Nav + weather were perfect. Really enjoyed the time in the woods with my biggest man, but he got tired more quickly than expected.

Kayak Erg 52:00 [2]

Wasn't feeling it too much today.

The alterations I made to the footrest work well, but also make this activity double as "hamstring stretching".

Hike/Trekking 1:03:20 [2] 3.97 mi (15:57 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 3 (Navy/Oran

Hottest day of the year hike with a heavy Hyperlite at Nature Center. Did some exploring of the fields at the top of the hill. Cold seems to be starting to subside - I still did not feel wonderful.

Run (Trail run) 1:02:05 [3] 5.85 mi (10:37 / mi)
shoes: Hoka Speedgoat 4 (blue/yellow)

Run at Marsh Creek with UD pack - fit was much better today. Legs felt a little better than last time, but Noah gave me a sore throat that made breathing a struggle. The phone call in the middle was a welcome break.
