Note

Woke up with pain along the outside my left arm near the shoulder. Essentially did the chicken dance throughout the day until I could hold a good form for push ups and whatnot. Probably from moving; nothing serious.

Other (Cardio) 20:00 [2]

Tried a bodyweight cardio exercise put on by the Cornell Fitness Center (they have a few videos out for students in quarantine). If nothing else, it was a good warm up before arms. I'm gonna have to get creative with the workout tomorrow, I'm thinking a ton of balance exercises.

Upper Body 20:00 intensity: (15:00 @3) + (5:00 @4)

3x11 decline push-ups w/ 30s rest, then 17 decline push-ups, 1:00 rest
4x11 push-ups w/ 30s rest, 1:00 rest
3x7 diamond push-ups w/ 30s rest, 1:00 rest
4x17 dips w/ 30s rest, 1:00 rest
4x7 burpees w/ 30s rest.
