Picking them up. It started raining exactly when we set up in the morning and stopped raining exactly when we left. Go figure, now it's friggin beautiful out.

This little jaunt and the tennis yesterday gave me confidence that I can start running again, building very slowly. With no WUOC goals looming, I'm free to take my time. I think rolling out my calf has helped a lot and will continue to do so.

Started feeling absolutely zero drive from my legs, then thought about pizza and started cycling again great.

Note

IT band is really really tight next to my calf. I continue to be strangely happy that the pain is migrating seemingly away from the bones and joints and into the muscles, which can be more easily relaxed and worked on.
