Although there were some technical legs, it was mostly quite straightforward running, as in a lot of the legs were literally a straight line between each control. A couple of choices regarding traveling around a lake or thicket in the golf course, but overall it felt overwhelmingly like a really long sprint. The thing is, I'm not the great of a runner and it overwhelming favored the runner over the orienteerer here. Would've ranked it as low technical intensity except a few controls required some more advanced orienteering techniques.
GPS sputtered out between 19 and 21, but trust me I ran those! Just didn't record:
