Upper Body Workout (Sit-Ups) 30:00 [3]

Same as yesterday, but with hotter weather! I anticipate this is the lsat day of sickness and I should start running again tomorrow. Registered for a half-marathon on the 20th this month in Schaumburg. Got new shoes, too.

Upper Body Workout (Sit-Ups) 25:00 [3]

The classic, but wait, with a twist! 4 sets of 42 over 1 minute each with a 2+ minute break in between, then a 2:30 plank to top it all off (after stretching beforehand). Remember, the goal is 60+ in 2 minutes with 0 rest.

Upper Body Workout (Sit-Ups) 25:00 [2]

Some post-prom sickness. If I wanted to be petty I would record my dancing hours because I certainly didn't hold back. As for the actual workout: full-body stretching, then the usual set of 22 x 7 with ample rest between, 2:30 plank afterwards.
