Thursday May 10 #

10 PM

Upper Body Workout (Sit-Ups) 15:00 [4]

73 then 74 during the 2 minutes, plank, stretching, the whole malarkey. High variability across the days, but the (somewhat) upward trend gives me hope.

Wednesday May 9 #

10 PM

Upper Body Workout (Sit-Ups) 15:00 [4]

Same as yesterday, but a more consistent 64 then 66, 2:30 plank.

Tuesday May 8 #

4 PM

Run 44:53 [3] 5.23 mi (8:35 / mi) +122m 8:00 / mi
shoes: Asics GT-3000 5

A bit hillier of a run today! Getting used to this heat again, this time I felt better. If I could, I'd split this about 50% into intensity 3 and the other half in intensity 4.
10 PM

Upper Body Workout (Sit-Ups) 15:00 [5]

2 sets, 2 minutes each, got 73 then 64, good rest between sets and a 2:30 plank after. Goal was 60+ on each set, but I should be aiming for 80 realistically.

Monday May 7 #

5 PM

Run 44:17 [4] 5.16 mi (8:35 / mi) +84m 8:10 / mi
shoes: Asics GT-3000 5

Really testing my hot-weather endurance with this one. Back on the training plan though. Feels good to enter these all in.
10 PM

Upper Body Workout (Sit-Ups) 25:00 [3]

Getting waist-deep into the 4 sets of a minute, got about 41 per set with a break between then a 2:30 plank.

Sunday May 6 #

2 PM

Run 59:12 [4] 7.02 mi (8:26 / mi) +75m 8:10 / mi
shoes: Asics GT-3000 5

A pretty flat run overall, but I christened the shoes I'll be taking to West Point to run in. Pretty hot day, building that heat tolerance.
9 PM

Upper Body Workout (Sit-Ups) 30:00 [3]

Oh deary me. I've fallen behind with logging my training. But I have been working out, just not according to attackpoint! 4 sets of 42 over a minute with a break between, then 2:30 plank.
