Nice, long, slow run to kick off the month of running. 8:20 pace until the end to cool down. Think the HRM ran a bit high on this one, didn't feel as intense as it's saying.

Clubfest is tomorrow. Unless I join a club that does consistent workouts, this month is gonna be very run heavy.

3 sets of 1 mile @ ~6:30 pace + 3/4 mile rest @ ~9:30 pace.
Slight climb mixed with seriously cold and slippery weather (snow/slushing) made this pretty tough actually. That and I haven't been running for a while.
Feel like a bruise on the lower-left part of my rib cage, only noticeable while running, no visual bruising however. Will monitor.
