A pretty normal hike turned crazy when we got near the top and used special boots, microspikes, crampons, ice axes, headlamps, and four everything bagels. Some pretty sketchy stuff up there, but that made it so much more fun. Knees hurt a smidge the day after but have returned to normal by now. I haven't been checking/updating AttackPoint this last week because I needed a bit of rest (specifically for both my knees and my brain) both before and after this hike. Starting a new training plan now. I bought rollerblades last week so hopefully I'll get to learn how to use them soon.
Last week was very taxing mentally. Take a look at the sleep graph on the side and that'll clue you into it. This week will be so, so much better, with much better training as well.

Really tight chest at the end, don't know if it was because of cold air. I'm starting to suspect that it might be from running form, as smaller steps (and a higher cadence) seem to vaguely help, though it actually makes a difference infrequently enough that it might just be in my head.

Taughannock Creek, epic. Yeah, those are full-sized trees on the top that look like saplings in comparison to the size of the waterfall.
