Spent a lot of energy focusing on my stride: consistent strike point on both feet, tilt at the hips forwards and laterally, equal pressure on both legs, engaging the core smartly, and varying ways of slowing down overstrides downhill.

Might sound dumb but I think being mindful of this now will pay off later considering how injury prone I’ve been.

Got the PT appointment moved up, and he said I was good to run, just to ice after each run until the discomfort is no longer noticeable during the runs.
