Session was good, maintaining the pace on the hills was tough past the 45 second point. Did these hills of the road, which has a less comfortable feeling than the normal trail that I would use.

I kept this session easy, and focused on the technical exercises. The technical are the best way of sorting the legs out from the working hill reps.
