60' easy and 6*hill sprints. legs feeling good, no issues with regarding to hills sprints either.
With regarding to your email, firstly on the subject of the cold, understand your point, and hence this week where the run needed to be easy it was. Had the cold been worse, I would have taken two rest days.
With regards to my racing and future plans, I can confirm that the 1/2 marathon is till my near term priority. With regards to post the half marathon, I know that XC and then marathon in the spring is the direction I would like to go in. However, if you agree I would like to hold off planning the next phase, until I get this half marathon out of the way?
