70' easy no issues on this session.

Thank you also for the email earlier in the week.

So I accept there will be one or two weeks with no training plan, however I think this would be good so that we can both take stock of how the training has gone over the last 6 months, and what improvements if any can be made.

This session went well, the 10k pace on average was 5:30 min/mile. No issues regarding this session.

No issues from the previous days running and the legs felt ok.

Actually felt quite difficult to get into the marathon pace, but once there actually held it quite consistently.

The felt like a good session, relative to the previous days XC. Both in terms of pace and control
