In the actual session I did 8* 1km @ 6'00'' min/mile and 1km @ 6'45'' min/mile.

The legs were turning over fine, but overriding tiredness prevented getting into the target pace.

70 steady - this session was supposed to include KM reps, but ended up being 70' steady.

I had planned to do the KM reps which were originally scheduled for Saturday, however not long into the run, I made the decision that the energy levels were not sufficient to hit those target paces.
