Good session, kept the pace easy, and the speed variations were also consistently good.

Started off pretty slowly, heavy legs, however soon those loosened off and the strideouts also followed the same pattern, with the latter strides being more consistent and responsive.

Felt good in this session, particularly for the 8km@ 6:30min/mile, the whole run was done on trail, the last 8k I would have liked to have been 6min/mile, but hamstring was feeling tight again. ( Will reply to your email shortly, particularly regarding this session.)
