the 14 miles average pace was 6:25 min/miles. Despite the early part of the section feeling not great, once into the zone it was consistent and relaxed.

Thank you also for the additional email. I did get your earlier email, and you are owed a detailed response, which I was hoping to have with you by now, however this week has been particularly busy preparing for this trip. I have also been giving quite a lot of thinking to my current situation. I will have time on the flight to put something together and send it back to you. I will also have time to read the article which you send over.

the running felt ok, and the legs are ok. However the hill sprints felt really sluggish/ slow consistently for all of them.

Was not on the training schedule, had planned on doing the 10k session before work, however after jogging to the park, there was quite a lot of ice on the road so decided to postpone until the evening

10k pace was 5:50min/mile
2' float at 7min/mile- 7:15min/mile

Not quite on the pace, but really bad weather conditions, and solo effort so as good as it was going to get.

no issues here, run felt good and the speed variations were responsive and consistent

run felt good this morning, no issues regarding the energy levels, the speed variations felt a little flat, however not over concerned about this for now.

Pace average was 7:05min/miles

Energy levels good, no issues and the pace felt very easy and relaxed.
