Cross country skiing session in Rateče.
Really nice weather, snow was also great for XC skiing. Did a few session in hill. Still lot's of work on technique.

Warm up laps, skipping rope,roll direct to lion jump, backward roll, jumping on tarpaulin to knees, on legs, to front roll, front roll with running till tarpaulin, next station was just jump from desk to chest, next station was some "attack" exercises on arms.
At the end basketball knock out.

Plan is one more easy week, then put some more hours of training, also power exercise and some intervals should be included in training period til January now.
