Indoor rock climbing (class) 55:00 [0]
Today was focused on building stamina, by doing all or most of the 5.5s, then 5.6s, then 5.7s etc. until you ran out of steam. So, lots of climbing today! I was surprised that my stamina held out as I was able to complete all of the 5.7s, which by that point were in an hour+ into class. However, by the end my usual lack of gracefulness was markedly more pronounced!
Then we had a tour of the grip hold practice area and practiced hanging for 10 seconds on, 15 seconds off for a couple of minutes.
