Note

Dang it -- feeling the left leg again. Nothing major, but enough to suggest a hiatus will be a good idea. So, will take extended break from running. Will try to build up some strength in the interim.

Chose an easy going pace. Mostly grass surface.

5 degrees, cloudy. Gloves to start + jacket + t-shirt, no earband, worked well.

Easy going partial run commute by taking the bus part way. So far, so good on the "hurts" front.
