Wimped out on the first few climbs by bailing early, but later made it to the top of 1, 2, and 3. Much easier today to push off to come down, nowhere near as scary as last week. First attempt at bouldering. Did more climbing than last week and hands/forearms noticeably less sore than last time.
No GPS watch today so partly stole -- I mean, borrowed -- and partly guesstimated the stats.
First real run in... whoa, a month. Have definitely lost some running conditioning. Cardio-wise wasn't too bad, but by the last half of cool-down the legs felt heavier than lead and wouldn't have been able to eke out a smidge more speed. Felt great to be out there again though.
The Bayshore parking garage stair-O was fun! Thanks Francis and Natasha! Walked the stairs and ran the rest at an easy pace. Made it about 2/3 through before "running" out of time. Mostly minimal navigation offered great opportunities to practice planning ahead to the next leg.
