Usual winter running clothes were good in today's -11 -- not too cold, not too warm.

Felt better than last week, running legs starting to come back. Hope the ol' knees won't be protesting tomorrow, we'll see.

Wimped out on the first few climbs by bailing early, but later made it to the top of 1, 2, and 3. Much easier today to push off to come down, nowhere near as scary as last week. First attempt at bouldering. Did more climbing than last week and hands/forearms noticeably less sore than last time.
