Just two climbs today, #3, and first attempt at #4, made it to the double sided jug ~1/3 of the way. Learned double figure eight knot, and introduced to belaying with grigri.

Usual winter running clothes were good in today's -11 -- not too cold, not too warm.

Felt better than last week, running legs starting to come back. Hope the ol' knees won't be protesting tomorrow, we'll see.
