Core (mossa core class) 15:00 [0]

First time joining the core class with this session's routine. Didn't feel challenging at all, and seems to be limited options for upping the ante. Unless I'm feeling it in a day or two, not sure I'll go back to this one. 30 minute class but calling it 15 since it was so wimpy.

First run-commute since November. Almost got postponed due to long day at work but I had organized my stuff that day to run home so was determined to keep with the plan, dagnabbit.

Followed the shorter arterial road route in the hopes of not doing too much too soon. Several traffic signal breaks plus a walking break midway excluded from stats.

Took a few minutes of running after most breaks for the comfortable running feeling to come back, but in a way maybe that's good o-training what with all my many o-breaks to read map / figure out where the heck I am.
