Note

O100 training, second session.

That's a wrap; hopefully I passed the test. Looking forward to having a try at a Summer Solstice. A little nervous about all the things to do and to keep in mind, but happy for the opportunity and to learn a ton along the way.

Armchair-O. Lots of interesting legs for consideration. Liked the mix of exercise types, including the control description puzzle. Nice way to start the season.

Second ever 10k, first being back in October. Wasn't planning it but felt good so there it was.
