A nice change this session is our course fee includes a membership for the duration. It's really close to where I work, so it'll be great for getting in some extra practice with no extra cost.
Started with the circuit / power training exercise we learned in the fall, climbing the same fairly easy problem five times within five minutes, followed by a rest. Then repeat on three other problems. Then just did random bouldering. I'm finding that a red on a vertical wall is often easier for me than an orange on an overhang -- upper body strength still definitely a weakness.
