Upped cycle to 1 minute run, 30 sec walk. Felt the extra cardio of the longer run interval.

No issues today. Not a long walk, but hilly so worth recording. Trails were pretty icy so the going was slow and cautious.

Nice low key end to the session, bouldering. Had one last breakthrough, the purple red with some finger-tip holds on an overhang, made it to the top finally.

Enjoyed it, but no more climbing planned for now since things will be getting busy with O season. Might get back to it next winter although not looking forward to having to rebuild all those finger muscles!

Figured I should record distances too where feasible, at least will give me an idea where I'm at compared to typical SA distances. I guess 3 km isn't exactly a "long" walk but oh well :) Won't be setting any speed records either what with stopping every few meters for the dogs to sniff every little thing!
