Long time no see, AP…
Work hours ramped up again in the new year resulting in a ramping down of time and energy… Haven’t done anything whatsoever except a few minutes of cardio in the form of stair repeats to warm up during one particularly cold shift.
But more recently, work hours have adjusted down into a nice medium/low state leaving lots of time and (theoretically) energy for exercise… however, motivation has been nowhere to be seen :/
They say the hardest part of getting fit is getting started and I have found this to be true… and lately with the schedule ups and downs, hard to get started over and over again.
Enough excuses – I'm sure 10 minutes of something -- anything -- 3-4 days/week is doable. Starting today!
