10 x 75s up Longwood hill, the rest is jog back down. Followed by one 3 minuter. There was the option to do 4 x 3 minutes but my knee was a little sore so I played safe. Sucks bc this would have been a great workout to do in full. Hills were tiring but the 3 minuter went well.
