Orienteering race (Oringen) 48:40 [5] **** 7.28 km (6:41 / km)

Best race of the 5 days but still made a few sloppy mistakes. Otherwise went pretty well - i beat some of the "pros" in h15 on some legs and took 10 places.

Did not go well. Messed up on a difficult first control and an easy control towards the end. Came 15th on a leg though:)

Middle distance today. Messed up on one control which costed a good high placing race.

Harder course today. Started off really well and nailed the hard legs, then messed up on the easiest legs at the end of the race.

First day of Oringen, tough terrain. Made a silly mistake on a few easy controls

shoes: Saucony XC

Sudden made an OL course, we then ran it. Few sloppy legs, nailed a few aswell. So it went okay.

Ran weeks course backwards this time. Was more concentrated and went a lot better.
