Legs are very sore from yesterdays strength. In gym class we needed to get our heart rate above 140 for 20 mins. So i did above 160 for 25.

o training at tyandaga (34.27). 10 min cool down afterwards

Strength and conditioning for soccer. It is very very hard. You need to do weights, wall sits, sprinting, pull ups, jump squats, bench press and all that stuff.

Ark. 5 min run to ark. 15 min intervals. Then 4.32 parking lot to hillcrest/mountain.
