Super tough run in this heat. Forgot my water in Silvio's car so ran to Rosedale to grab it, Radial on the way there and then up on the mountain on the way back. Did not like running with the water bottle in my hand so tucked it into my shorts. Did a 10min pickup after an hour at 3:40 pace, was pretty tricky. Last few km's were back in the woods which was super nice with the shade.

Moderate pace on Bruce trail between upper rez and the Chedoke stairs. Hard to really push it with all the rocks but thats what this training is for! Rolled my ankle about halfway but I'll survive.

Stomach felt awful so had to stop at 5, was hoping to do 10-12. Think it was eating bacon and cheese fries 15 minutes before. Legs also felt super tired, def wanna do morning runs when I have a workout in the evening.
