Loop through Waterdown with pappa. Took a nasty wipeout early on, was not paying attention to us braking and slipped on gravel. Luckily the Ride2Conquer first aid was right beside and they bandaged me up and we kept chugging along nicely after that #TDFmoment.

Run w Gian. Calf still a bit irritated so just taking it easy. Sucks to miss out on training as I was hoping to have one more big week, but Jukola is the main focus rn so no point of overtraining. As I said on my Strava, I got bigger fish to fry.

Right hamstring/calf was a little irritated last night from the bike and it is still here this morning so gonna have to rest. Wondering if my seat is maybe too high then. I'm like the first person ever to tweak a muscle biking...
