Ran to Ellie's house to be taken to running group. Felt good, didn't feel affected at all by Churchill drive hill. Left calf started to feel a bit tight on the outside running up to Ellie's though.
Running 1:05:00 [3] 6.77 km (9:36 / km)
Running group. 30 minutes of drills then 2x2 minutes of intervals followed by 4x3 minutes with 2 minutes between each. Followed by an extra 3 minutes of warm down and then stretching. The 6.77 km was just during the intervals and the warm down. Didn't feel sore at all except got a stitch on the warm down surprisingly.
