2x2m then 3x3m intervals, with 2 & 3 minute active rests in between. Then stretching and strength stuff. Went at 10pm so nice and peaceful not too cold either. Ran along the footpath, 5km just a guess. Felt good for the first 3 km but outside edge of left calf started to hurt.
