Orienteering 1:16:31 [4] 9.21 km (8:18 / km)

Waikawa Orienteering: Sunny weather on a sand dune map. Navigation was alright although I made 2 multiple minute mistakes as well as maybe a few poor route choices. Often chose safe route choices which made the navigation easier but had more distance. Running wise I didn't feel fast at all and it was difficult running on the sand and through the low scrub, also had a blister from previously which was a bit sore.

Control collecting: Did it at a slow run/walk, most of my controls were through quite thick low scrub.

Orienteering sprint around Onslow College. Actually did both the short and the long course, and I was the fastest on both which is good. Felt good running and the navigation was very simple. Actually a little surprised that I was fastest on the short course as there were multiple cases where my SI card didn't beep for ages and I had to stop entirely at the control.

Harriers running training at the park: Distance is an estimate as my watch was dead. Ran to the park from the orienteering. Started off doing drill for the first 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of running. This week we did a part running fairly hard followed by the same amount of time of active rest. We did 1x90s, 2x60s, 3x30s, and 4x15s. Then we repeated the whole thing again. Felt pretty good, a little tired towards the end although I was going a bit easy and talking a little during the rests. Then did 2 laps of warm down and a few stretches.
