Porirua Parkrun: Felt pretty good, today there was pacers from Olympic Harriers. Managed to run 18:50 which I'm fairly happy with as it is my first parkrun in a while and only 11 seconds off my personal best. Felt a bit funny towards the end and threw up after finishing.

Ran home from Ellies. A fair bit of hills and felt a bit sore so not very fast.

shoes: Inov8 Race Ultra 270

Rogaining around Titahi bay area. Lots of running through long grass and going down and back up the same hill to get controls for the first half. Legs were itchy and stinging from being scratched and hayfever from the grass. During the last hour my legs were a little sore and tired. This time all the ribbon codes were space related and we got 1430 points.

Harriers: Started with 30 minutes of drills then went to a hill and did a bit of running technique for hills followed by 2 lots of 5 times running up hill hard and easy running back down. Did a little bit of easy running in between the 2 sets.Also warm up and warm down.
