Orienteering 26:38 [4] 3.69 km (7:13 / km)

4-5 control intervals at 'race pace' on farmland on a very sunny hot day. Was a bit tired by this point so wasn't fast at all.

Orienteering 51:37 [4] 5.07 km (10:11 / km)

Route choice training, it was really hot and hilly, and the ground was hard and uneven making running difficult. Left my watch running at each control while waiting for the others.

Orienteering 18:53 [3] 3.21 km (5:53 / km)

Corridor/bearing training. It was really sunny and hot but as it was the first training of the day wasn't too bad. My compass seemed to be a little funny and jumping around a lot, and I had trouble seeing a few of the flags.

Just a bit of a kick around/run at the park, got distracted when a NZ falcon swooped down to attack the ball. Felt pretty good considering I've just got back although short sprints made me feel out of breath quickly
