shoes: Inov8 Race Ultra 270

Orienteering at Spicer park. Course was fairly steep and slippery although not too long. Made a bad route choice to number 2 and then lots of small mistakes towards the end. Didn't push very hard

Ran into town and back to look at the lights. It was fun running in the bush without a torch. On the way back I went up an insanely steep path which wasn't pleasant and my shoulder was a bit painful for some reason.

Running to Ngaio and part way back. Was pretty tired and sore on the way back and it was pouring with rain.

shoes: Inov8 F-lite

Harriers. Drills then 4 x 1.5km intervals with 300m ish rest between. I was running around 6:30 per 1.5km and it was really windy at times which tired me out faster.

Ran to top Ngaio and back. Went on streets to make then hills not quite as big.
