OY 1 at Osgiliath, pretty slow running as lots of thing were sore, made a few silly mistakes too. Half the course was in felled stuff or new pines and so was pretty hard to run properly.

Ran up Johnson's hill then along the skyline to Crofton Downs and back home through Otari. The hill was tough.
