Scrubby bush so not a lot of proper running. Pretty bad navigation from me again.

Various intervals with Ogang. 3 x 3 minute hill intervals (got further than I was expecting), 10 x 60 on 30 off, then some 20 on 20 off.

Sprint at Percy's reserve. More like a yellow than a sprint but was still fun. I was feeling really slow at the start but began to speed up after a while.
