OY 3 on Walda map: Fairly happy with the navigation, I had a few hesitations and running less straight than intended. Running felt good too, hints of a sore ankle for the last few minutes.

Novice & Veterans Cup with VUW running club. Came 3rd overall and the 1st novice (new person) so got a trophy. Felt decent but my legs were fading a bit towards the end. I was surprised at how much slower I was on the downhill section of the course as the leaders extended a 20 m lead to 50 m, maybe I was just tiring anyway and would have had the same gap opening on the flat.

Uni club run, did the Wadestown loop again except in reverse and ran along higher up the hill.
