Played my first full game of football in 5 years, playing right mid. We got thrashed a bit in the first half conceding 7, but then won the second half 2-1, where I managed to get the first goal. Almost got a second too in the dying minutes but started cramping lots as I was through on goal.

Distance is a complete guess as I'm not allowed to wear my watch, but I imagine it's at least 6 km as I was running from box to box a lot.

Hill intervals and warm up. 4 x 3 minutes. I intended to do more but my ankle started to hurt and the pouring rain made it slippery and harder than usual.

7 x 1 minute 'sprints' followed by 1 minute jog. Possibly wasn't the smartest choice I could only manage 7 out of the intended 10 due to my sore ankle from Tuesday starting to twinge.

Night rogaine around Karori with Jake. Got stuck in a bunch of gorse at the beginning so had a slow start. Hurt my ankle falling off a cliff too so not the fastest running after that. Managed to find a surge of energy for the last couple of controls to get back on time. Overall pretty fun, if a little sore and tiring.
