Omax around Botanic Gardens. I never really felt like I got a proper flow going with lots of hesitations, also struggled to keep track on the map. I was surprised that I finished convincingly as the fastest as I didn't even feel I was running well.

Hill intervals on the usual section in Otari bush. Did 3.5/5 before my arches became tight and really sore so I stopped. Managed to get further up the hill than I was expecting each time which was good.
