O gang run through Trelissick park, up Te Ahumairangi, and back through Otari. Fair bit of climb.

Run to Karori and up to Wadestown. Didn't feel that great but forced myself to keep going.

Omax around Botanic Gardens. I never really felt like I got a proper flow going with lots of hesitations, also struggled to keep track on the map. I was surprised that I finished convincingly as the fastest as I didn't even feel I was running well.

Hill intervals on the usual section in Otari bush. Did 3.5/5 before my arches became tight and really sore so I stopped. Managed to get further up the hill than I was expecting each time which was good.
