Run 7.5 km to Johnsonville for Olympic harriers. At harriers we did the usual drills followed by 2x2 and 5x3 minute intervals with 2 minutes recovery in between. Then run the 7.5 km back home. Felt pretty good most of the time but struggled a little on hill by Crofton Downs on the way home.

Vic run group, most of the usual fast people weren't there so we merged the fast and medium people resulting in it being a little slower than I would have liked.
