Baring Head orienteering. Hot and a bit steep, seemed to be lacking energy a bit, nav was ok.

Sprint intervals with ogang and Finns around Vic uni and Thorndon. Also running to the botanic gardens and between intervals. Mostly seamless navigation, approximately 1 notable hesitation per interval.

Long run with Joe and the Finns. Ran to Ngaio, up Kaukau, along to Johnsons Hill, and then back to Ngaio through Otari. Felt surprisingly good the whole way except for a slight tightness at the beginning from the weekend and also struggling slightly for the last 1.5 km. The view from Kaukau was only of dense cloud however over the course of the run the sky cleared a bit so we did get some views.

Easy run with vic group, had to wait for people to catch up a few times, legs were very sore particularly when restarting.
