Didn't feel great and had a painfully tight arch. Went up to wadestown to see a view but it was a bit foggy.

Sprint training around Wellington College. Was just taking it easy, lots of areas of the map were wrong too. Looking at all the new construction was interesting.

Olympic harriers drills and intervals, then run home. Intervals were 20 x 40s hard with 40s recovery. Started feeling low on energy after 15 and was a bit slow running home.

Vic running group, mostly just me and Tommy, round the bays loop but in the opposite direction to usual. Also ran to and from uni. Initially I didn't feel that great but after 8 km I started to feel much better.
