QE Park OY. Quite warm and a little slow, particularly near the end. No real mistakes. but maybe should have run straighter on a couple of controls.

Run To Northland, along the top of Te Ahumairangi and down Wadestown. A bit sore.

Vic run group + run there and back. A little slower than usual but I wasn't complaining.
