AOS at Temu Road. Made lots of small mistakes around the circle and a few route choice errors too. Had one big mistake where I lost concentration while doing a longish leg to 18 and so knew I was vaguely in the right area of detail but no idea where in it.

Did a few 400s at the park but the grass was quite spongey and it was pretty warm so they felt pretty tiring.

Run to and from Cornwall Park Summer Nav + the event itself. Felt a little fatigued but not too bad. Was pretty humid.

I found the map hard to read due to the small scale (1:8,000 for a sprint map), print quality, and the multitude of tan paths on yellow open areas, and so had a few navigation mistakes.
